A series of lectures exploring theological themes through engagement with artworks and artists of twentieth-century Cambridge.

- 31 January 2000 Richard MacCormac Architect, Fitzwilliam College Chapel in conversation with David Ford - "The Architecture of Uncertainties"
- 28 February 2000 Michael Harrison Director, Kettles Yard, in conversation with Fiona Bond - "Erasing the Master"
- 1 May 2000 Graham Howes Sociologist, Trinity Hall - "Art in the Service of God: Walter Hussey and St Matthew's Northampton"
- 29 May 2000 Janet Martin Soskice (theologian, University of Cambridge ) with Oliver Soskice (painter) - "Being and Beauty: Can Beauty be Painted?"
lecture-performance evening
A lecture-performance evening on the theme of 'translation' was presented on 27 November 1998 in the Mumford Theatre, Cambridge, with Bishop Rowan Williams and poet Micheal O'Siadhail. It brought together dance, sculpture, sign language, music and video. Rowan and Micheal were invited to present their material and interact with each other. The evening included open discussion with the audience.
